Inpharmatica experiences personnel changes

FRAMINGHAM (11/24/2003) - Inpharmatica Ltd. has seen a few personnel changes recently. Edwin Moses, a nonexecutive director of the company since July 2001, has been appointed nonexecutive chairman. Sir Harry Solomon, the company's former chairman, remains as a board director. Former British Biotech Pharmaceuticals Ltd. director of research Andrew Ayscough joins as director of chemistry. And a team of seven medicinal chemists was recently recruited from Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Cambridge, England, following that company's decision to close its Cambridge site.
