Company chooses Fronde to implement Salesforce.com CRM
By Computerworld staff | Auckland | Friday, 18 May, 2007
New Zealand Eftpos system developer Provenco is moving to a software as a service platform, appointing Fronde Synergy to implement the Salesforce.com CRM system.
“The software-as-a-service business model has matured to the point where there are now some clearly recognisable benefits," Glen McLatchie, general manager, Provenco Retail Automation, said in a statement today.
“As a hosted model — it lowers the cost of professional services, eliminates the need for infrastructure set-up and baseline implementation costs and delivers measurable savings on ongoing maintenance, upgrades and support of customisation and integrations," McLatchie says.
