Implementation project with a significant business impact.
18 month fixed term role, Wellington based.
We are excited about the implementation of a new case management workflow system for our Intellectual Property Office, given the positive impact it will have on the way we work. This is a perfect opportunity for you to apply your extensive and proven project management skills in an extremely commercially focused environment.
As this role is responsible for managing third party suppliers to the agreed budget, output schedule and terms of the commercial agreement, we’ll be looking for your expertise in this area given that the success of this project will be based on the talent and level of drive we have behind it.
We’re also looking for someone who prides themselves on applying robust project management/PRINCE2 methodology to the way that the project scope, budget and milestones are delivered, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and communication throughout.
Previous experience with implementation projects is vital where you have adapted an existing package to suit business needs (rather than custom built systems). You’ll be based with the IPONZ business in order to fully grasp their requirements, with the support of the IT Group at Head Office.
