A Business Analyst's dream - with support from the senior management team, play a pivotal role in an organisation wide implementation of a quality management system. Join our professional team of Business Analysts, documenting business processes throughout Council and leading business process improvement projects.
You will have recent experience implementing a quality management system to an ISO 9000 standard and have managed resulting business process improvement opportunities. In return you will gain invaluable experience across Council through your involvement in a variety of exciting improvement projects. You will also believe in the importance of a quality management system.
This position requires someone with a drive for results, strong business analysis and project management skills, excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. The ability to facilitate groups, translate business challenges into solutions and implement change within the organisation is also required. You will have a tertiary Information Management qualification including business analysis papers or equivalent experience and have a team approach to work. This is a full time position.
