The Wellington-based software company announced the appointment of Narayan in June of this year.

Narayan is currently Chief Financial Officer for Virgin Australia and will take up his new role at Xero this October.

In a release to the New Zealand Stock Exchange, Andrew Lark, currently Xero’s Chief Marketing Officer, will expand his responsibilities, with immediate effect, to cover all go-to-market activities including sales, marketing, education and partnering.
