Dunedin cloud-based marketing software aids SMB growth plans

“Like all business owners I have multiple demands on my time and can’t be an expert in everything."

A Dunedin company has developed a cloud based marketing software solution designed to help small businesses across New Zealand master the online environment to grow sales.

Amplifier is an online portal that brings small businesses social media, content management and customer relationship tools together in one platform.

Media specialist and Amplifier creator Roy Hawker noticed advertising wasn’t having the traditional impact for many of his clients.

“Like all business owners I have multiple demands on my time and can’t be an expert in everything,” Hawker says.

“With numerous platforms, multiple logins and passwords and mounting annual fees I had to find an effective way to be part of the online marketing revolution.”

For Hawker, small businesses can use Amplifier for all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and online marketing including; capturing customer data, requesting and responding to online reviews, improving website SEO, managing email and text campaigns to customers.

Already, Amplifier is being used by more than 50 New Zealand small businesses including brands like; Lone Star, Chipmunks and Veggie Boys.

At present, more than 60,000 New Zealand customers are now connected via the Amplifier portal.
