Submissions have opened for the Microsoft Partner Awards in New Zealand, as the tech giant prepares to recognise the achievements of its Kiwi channel partners.

Finalists will be revealed on the 25th February 2015, and winners will be announced on March 19 2015 at an awards ceremony at The Pullman Hotel.

The awards celebrate the “exemplary work” that Microsoft partners through the implementation of Microsoft Solutions, with last year proving to be a cloud dominated event.

As the winner of Hosting Partner of the Year, New Zealand hosting firm OneNet has reaped the rewards of being recognised on a national level.

"We have enjoyed the success it comes with," says Steve Victor, National Sales Manager, OneNet, speaking to Reseller News.

"Our marketing messages have reflected this award and I feel that our partners and clients have recognised this too.

"OneNet now has over 225 active IT resellers throughout New Zealand reselling OneNet’s New Zealand hosted and supported cloud services to their clients and earning generous monthly profit margins for doing so.”

Split across seven categories, the awards cover: • Cloud Awards

• Competency Awards: Core Infrastructure

• Competency Awards: Application Platform

• Competency Awards: Business Productivity

• Competency Awards: Business Applications

• Individual Awards

• Segment Awards
